FAQs
Neighbors and their families may visit our market once per week to receive food. You do not need to wait a full week between visits. (For example, if you visited on a Thursday one week, you could return on Tuesday the following week for food.)
Please bring grocery bags or other items to carry your groceries home. If you are new to the pantry and have registered online, please bring your Client ID # which is provided to you when you register online.
We have parking spaces around the building. Additional parking can be found in our overflow parking lot kitty-corner of the pantry. Staff and volunteers will be outside to help answer any questions and direct traffic. There is accessible parking located on the East side of the building. View Parking Lots
Food distribution begins at 10:00 AM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our parking lot attendants arrive at 9:00 AM to help direct traffic. Parking lot attendants will inform you when we are ready to begin distributing food.

No. We distribute food to people living in Kane, DuPage, Kendall, Will and DeKalb counties.
We are no longer hosting the Pet Pantry. Each family will be able to pick up pet food and supplies once a month during our regular food distributions.
Each family is allowed to pick up pet food for two pets monthly. No proxy pick-ups will be allowed for pick-ups of pet food and supplies.
Neighbors must request pet food at the front registration counter when receiving their shopping ticket for the day. They will receive a second blue ticket for pet food after making their request and meeting the requirements.
Reminder: if you do not request pet food at the front registration counter, you will not receive a blue shopping ticket. If you do not have a blue shopping ticket OR if you lose your blue shopping ticket, you will be unable to receive pet food until the following month.
